Someone’s Mom Got In My Head…
I never really know what to expect when spirit gives me messages for their loved ones. Usually it’s a home movie clip, a symbol that I can translate and sometimes it is very direct, Like December 21st and a birthday cake. So I know someone’s birthday is on December 21st. Easy enough. But it’s not always.
Things were going smoothly in a reading this weekend with lots of validations, when a client’s mom decided to test me. She showed me a picture of Natalie Portman and the people in her movie that were wearing the “Anonymous”
Masks. I couldn’t remember the movie. Then she started repeating a rhyme they used in the movie, Remember November, November. Damn it, I couldn’t remember.
She wouldn’t let me go on. The masks were of Guy Fawkes, about a failed plot to take down parliament. I literally had to pause to look up the movie on my phone that Natalie was in. The name of the movie was “V for Vendetta.” Then I had to look up on my phone, V for Vendetta, Remember, Remember…
“Remember, remember the 5th of November,” is an expression referring to the celebration of Guy Fawkes Day. I finally asked my client, what is November 5th, your mother is showing me? It was her deceased brother’s birthday. The mom explained that he’s in heaven and soon he started talking to me and bringing back memories.
I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops to get a date for a client in my life. For some reason it was too important to leave it up to chance, and her mom knew I would not give up. It made an impression on both of us how spirit works.
