Don’t Miss the Big Picture…
Your loved ones always tell me that you will understand what has happened when you get to see the big picture. When we watch our lives from day to day, we miss the clues and signs of where things around us are headed.
I’m not smart enough to play chess. I’m told that the great chess players can see things that are going to happen ten or moves ahead, kind of like a psychic. Things are going to happen to us and to our families and friends that we can’t explain. I believe there is a reason for everything and that there is no chance or coincidence.
Two things I know. One that you have a birth date set in stone, and two you have a specific death date. You knew this before you came down here. Your subconscious always sees the clock ticking in the back of your head. You came down here to learn the life lessons you can’t learn in heaven, such as pain, suffering, grief, and all that crap that lets you learn the human experience.
Start looking at the big picture. Start looking at your life plan or at someone else’s, as you were think seven or eight moves ahead in a game of chess. Where is your life leading you, why did you make the choices that you did? Where are you now and where do you want to be next year, in five years, etc.?
Choices, you still have free will. The hourglass is running, but you still have time to learn your lessons in love and beauty. Don’t let ego screw you it up. Take a step back and think about your next move. Is it in the direction you want to go? Where are you in your big picture? Where are the other players in your game? Your soulmate, kids, family, friends? Is what I’m about to do getting to my end goal, the life I will be happy with? Big picture, think about what you want to happen for the good of everybody not just yourself. They didn’t say it would be easy. Just look at taking that first move that may change the rest of your life or the world for the better.
