Any animal that can dream and grieve has a soul. I’ve seen horses, dogs, cats, birds all dream and grieve the loss of their owner or another animal. Your loved ones come through talking about the pets they are caring for on the other side. Your mom may have not been an animal lover on earth, but she tells me she’s taking care of a pack of dogs and can’t wait until someone else crosses over to help her.

I wouldn’t want to go to a heaven without animals like the old Twilight Zone episode. But you won’t have to. I’ve been visited by spirit with family pets. They can jump on the couch or bed to let you know they are still alive on the other side.

I know which dog is visiting me on the bed by their weight. I had a 125 pound dog. You know it when they jump on the bed. The sensation of 125 pound dog in spirit jumping on the bed still feels like a 125 pound dog. When PJ’s 60 pound dog (in spirit) wakes me up in the middle of the night jumping on the bed, I talk to her. I talk to her as if she is still living and say move over to mommy’s side. The dog scoots over and curls up against the back of my wife and I go back to sleep.

Your pets visit you from the other side. If I can describe your loved ones on the other side as easily as I do your pets, then why wouldn’t they be in heaven? I’ve seen hundreds of video of animals dreaming. Every person dreams, even if you don’t remember your dreams. You dream and have a soul. Animals have personalities that are as varied as humans.

I have had many pets and have seen many animals that grieve the loss of the humans that were closest to them. Dogs, howling all night after the loss of another dog friend. Animals that mope around and go off their food after the loss of someone who took care of them. I’ve had horses that I took care of recognize me after years of separation. They come up to me and drop their head so I could scratch their ears that special way I did before.

Their personalities come out in some of my readings. Like, your mom tells me that your little schnauzer is digging holes all over heaven. My sitter will validate the dog and tell me, well he dug holes all over my yard.

Sometimes your animal in spirit will show me tricks it did while they were alive. Just like the lives that we live, animals have a purpose. Many can show you unconditional love. If you can’t learn it from your friends and family, maybe God sent you a pet to learn patience and unconditional love.

Some animals can see spirit just like mediums. They can tell you when a loved one is visiting or someone new to the spirit world. I have a dog that sees spirit and wags its tail if its family and plays with spirit dogs in the living room, jumping around, and playing keep away with a toy.

Respect your pets as you would a person. You will see your animals again on the other side. They continue to love you and visit you!
