What Scares Me…My Visions
Ghosts don’t scare me. Number one I call them spirit and 98% of what TV and movies tell you about spirit and hauntings is all bullshit. Some people like to be scared for the adrenaline rush. Some people are roller coaster people, not me. I don’t like horror movies. What really scares me are the dreams and visions I’ve seen.
Recently I watched the HBO mini-series called Chernobyl, about the true life nuclear power plant disaster in Russia. It happened that way in my dreams only it happened in the United States. There are nearly 100 plants in the US. The closest to my house is 65 miles, so Dallas/Ft. Worth is toast if it melts down. When humans run things, there will always be a human mistakes.
I’ve had visions of the mother of all earthquakes happening in California and Missouri. Church bells being rung hundreds of miles away, rivers running backwards, mass flooding, power being interrupted for months to years, people without fresh water and food. It took the government two weeks to get to those held up in the Superdome in New Orleans after the huricane. We won’t be able to count on the government.
I’ve seen visions of the power grid being taken down for more than two weeks either by hackers, an act of war, or some solar disturbance. Can you survive more than two weeks without power? No water, no fuel, no internet, got enough can goods? The mass riots, stores closed. What would you do to feed your family? Live near a lake? Can you fish or hunt? Can you steal?
What happens when the poor rebel against the rich? Remember all of the hand guns and assault rifles out there? What do you think will happen when the next depression hits? Those good old American values will go down the drain. There will be a New World Order, but it won’t be run by the current wealthy. Ever see the movie Road Warrior? If you have nothing to live for, then you have nothing to lose. And it will happen in China too! There will be a civil war that disrupts the world’s economy.
So now you see why I can’t get into any horror movies. All I have to do is go to sleep to dream or sit in my chair and meditate. I believe everything happens for a reason. There is no chance or coincidence. Tornados, floods, World War’s One and Two, the German concentration camps, the depression, Korea, Viet Nam, the Iraq war, 9/11, plagues, famine and disease. We picked these times to incarnate to. We come to learn compassion, unconditional love, forgivness, empathy, patience death, pain, grief all the things you can’t experience in heaven.
I really see myself as a glass half full type of person, but I’m also a realist. Just know that disaster can hit at any time. Think about how you will survive and that is scarier to me than some horror movie.
